GROUPS ​TRAVEL PROGRAM

The Group Travel Program applies to new group bookings of 8 or more guests (minimum 4 staterooms) on select voyages. Group rates are valid for a maximum of 90 days from the contract date or until 180 days before sailing, whichever occurs first. All rates and amenity points are capacity-controlled and may be withdrawn at any time at Swan Hellenic’s sole discretion. Group benefits apply per voyage and are not combinable with other offers unless expressly stated. Amenity points must be redeemed at least 60 days prior to sailing. Unused points or amenities have no cash value. Minimum guest counts apply: 10 full-fare guests for private cocktail receptions or dinners; 15 full-fare guests (based on double occupancy) for Tour Conductor credit (applies to base fare only). Additional commissions and onboard credit must be selected at the time of contract signing and cannot be changed after final payment. All guests in the group must receive the same amenities. Reductions in group size may result in the loss or adjustment of benefits. Standard cancellation penalties apply.
